P460Q and P460QH steel plate and sheet for boilers

Under steel specification EN 10028_6,Boilers steel plate and sheet P460Q and P460QH both have to be done heat treatment with
Quenching and Tempering.For impacting test,the deviating from EN 10028_1,the preparation of test pieces sample taken from
middle thickness may be agree at the the time of inquiry and making purchasing orders.In this case,test temperatures and
minimum impact energy values shall be agreed.Pressure vessel steel plate P460Q shall be at minus 20 centi degree low
temperature,and the same as pressure vessel steel plates P460QH.
For improving steel properity of plate P460Q and P460QH,Simulate post weld heat_treatment conditions can decrease the
mechanical properies,so our engineers suggest the end users choose this technical terms when they making orders.We would
issue the PWHT report and indicate the values of test pieces.
