Under steel specification ASTM A 203/A 203 M and SA 203/SA 203M, there are Nickel alloy steel plate SA203 Grade D,A203 Grade D,SA203 Grade B,A203 Grade B,SA203 Grade A and A203 Grade A.The steel grade A203 Grade D intended primarily for welded pressure vessels. As a steel making practice, the steel shall be killed and shall conform to fine grain size requirements.Generally, for these three steel grades SA203 grade A,SA203 Grade B and SA203 Grade D,the heat treatment shall be done Normalized.

For the low temperature impacting test for steel plate A203 Grade D,A203 Grade A,a203 Grade B,the impacting energy values shall be above 27 J,and the buyer have to list what temperature do they need when doing this test.Till now,YUSHENG steel can offer the maximum thickness for pressure vessel steel plate SA203 Grade D is 300 millimeter.This is the most heavy thicknesss in China now.
