For weldable fine grain structural steel plate S420NL which under specification EN 10025_3.The yield strength of S420NL 

shall be above 420Mpa for the thickness belows 16 millimeter.The tensile strength for thickness belows 100 millimeter of 

this steel grade S420NL shall be within 520_680Mpa.

For the Mill test certificates of this steel S420NL,our mill would like to issue format according to EN 10204 3.1.When 

customers need doing the third party inspection for S420NL steel plates,our mill would issue the MTC under format EN10204 

3.2,the third party can stamped and report the result on our original MTC when inspection is done completely.
